Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines explain expected behaviour in TalesNTokens rooms, chat, creator spaces, marketplace interactions, reports, appeals, and community areas. They supplement the Acceptable Use Policy, Content Moderation Policy, Child Safety Policy, and Terms of Service.

Definitions

"Community spaces" means game rooms, public rooms, marketplace pages, comments or reviews if enabled, Discord links, reports, appeals, and support interactions.

"Harassment" means targeted conduct that intimidates, humiliates, threatens, or silences another person.

"Hate speech" means attacks, dehumanisation, or hateful slurs targeting protected characteristics.

Scope

These Guidelines apply to all users, including players, game masters, creators, buyers, sandbox users, moderators, and support participants.

Expected Conduct

Users should:

  • respect other players and creators;
  • get consent before sharing another person's private content;
  • label sensitive content where tools provide labels;
  • honour table boundaries and room rules;
  • give accurate marketplace feedback;
  • report serious safety issues instead of escalating conflicts;
  • use support and appeals in good faith.

Prohibited Community Conduct

Users must not engage in harassment, hate speech, sexual harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking, impersonation, brigading, spam, scams, exploit-sharing, piracy, stolen asset distribution, malicious reporting, or abuse of moderation systems.

Tabletop And Roleplay Context

Fictional fantasy conflict, monsters, villain dialogue, and mature themes may be permitted in private play where lawful and consensual. This does not allow real-world harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, child safety violations, illegal content, or non-consensual sharing.

Public And Marketplace Standards

Public-facing content and marketplace listings must be suitable for broad audiences unless content-rating tools are provided and properly used. Listings must not use shocking, hateful, pornographic, misleading, infringing, or exploitative content to gain attention.

User Obligations

Users must follow these Guidelines, respect room permissions, avoid abusive behaviour, avoid misuse of reports and appeals, and comply with licence and safety rules.

Platform Obligations

TalesNTokens will provide reporting channels, review serious reports, apply proportionate enforcement, and provide appeals where relevant.

Enforcement Procedures

Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, room restrictions, chat restrictions, marketplace restrictions, suspension, termination, or authority referral.

Appeals Process

Users may appeal community enforcement within 30 days by emailing appeals@talesntokens.com with relevant IDs and context.
