TalesNTokens Support Ongoing Development

TnTBridge Beta

Join a bridge room

Connect TalesNTokens, Roll20, and Foundry through one shared bridge code. Use the table you already host from, or connect Roll20 and Foundry directly without TNT VTT in the middle.

Beta Connection Guide

Host in one VTT, connect from the others

Start a bridge from the table that is hosting the game, then use the generated bridge code from the other supported VTTs. Tokens, chat, rolls, and table updates sync through that shared bridge room.

TalesNTokens does not have to sit in the middle. Roll20 and Foundry can connect directly to each other with the same TnTBridge link or bridge code.

Roll20 hosted

Connect TalesNTokens and Foundry to Roll20

  1. Open the Roll20 campaign that is hosting the session.
  2. Start TnTBridge from the Roll20 bridge extension and copy the generated bridge code.
  3. Join from TalesNTokens on this page with the bridge code.
  4. Join from Foundry with the TnTBridge module using the same bridge code.
  5. Skip TalesNTokens entirely if you only want Roll20 and Foundry connected to each other.

If Roll20 is bridging into a game hosted somewhere else, use a new Roll20 campaign. Bridging into an existing Roll20 campaign may overwrite or remove existing page data.

TalesNTokens hosted

Connect Roll20 and Foundry to TnTPlay

  1. Open the TalesNTokens room that is hosting the session.
  2. Use the room TnTBridge tools to create a bridge code.
  3. Connect Roll20 with the Roll20 bridge extension and that same code.
  4. Connect Foundry with the TnTBridge module and that same code.

Foundry hosted

Connect TalesNTokens and Roll20 to Foundry

  1. Open the Foundry world that is hosting the session.
  2. Start TnTBridge from the Foundry module and copy the generated bridge code.
  3. Join from TalesNTokens on this page with the bridge code.
  4. Connect Roll20 with the Roll20 bridge extension and that same bridge code.
  5. Skip TalesNTokens entirely if you only want Foundry and Roll20 connected to each other.

For now, set up a simple Worldbuilding world in Foundry before bridging. DnD 5e system support is coming soon.
